How is commercial pricing calculated?
Commercial pricing is site-specific; no fixed commercial rate is published. The quote considers paved area, preparation, repairs, crack quantities, marking lengths or stall counts, mobilization and scheduling. The residential calculator does not apply. Send your address or site plan for a written quote.
Can you work overnight or on weekends?
After-hours, weekend and phased work is available by arrangement, subject to project scope and scheduling. Agree closures, traffic control and reopening instructions in the proposal; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Do you offer multi-year maintenance contracts?
Ongoing or multi-year maintenance can be discussed by arrangement. Scope, inspection visits, work intervals, pricing and scheduling must be expressly agreed; seasonal inspections are not automatically included.
What information do you need to quote a parking lot?
Send the property address, approximate paved area or site plan, visible damage, markings needed and access restrictions. The written commercial quote should identify sealing, crack repair and line painting separately.
Should a parking lot be repaired, sealed or repainted first?
Assess damaged pavement first, then agree on repairs and crack treatment. Coordinate sealing and markings with drying time and site access. Our maintenance guide covers planning.
