Why is there a $295 minimum?
$295 + HST is the minimum residential sealing price. Small jobs receive the same debris removal, mechanical power brooming, high-powered blowing, precision edging, oil-based spray application and final workmanship check.
How is my estimated sealing price calculated?
The estimate is the greater of $295 or your driveway square footage multiplied by $0.36, before HST. For 1,000 sq ft, the estimate is $360.00 + HST. It does not automatically apply discounts or add crack filling or repairs; your written quote confirms final pricing.
How accurate is this calculator?
It's a rough ballpark only — your written quote after we see the driveway is the real price. Driveways with cracks, sinking, sharp slopes, or unusual shapes may need a written quote for accuracy.
