How to Choose the Best Driveway Sealing Company in Barrie

Start with what's actually being applied

1. What exact area is included, and how was it measured?
2. What cleaning and vegetation or edging work is included?
3. Which material will you apply, and is it compatible with the surface and existing coating?
4. What do the manufacturer instructions require for preparation, application and drying?
5. Is crack treatment included, separately priced or excluded? What about failed asphalt?
6. What is the total with HST, what is excluded and how do I approve extra work?
7. Who protects adjacent surfaces and tells me when to reopen the driveway?

Poor preparation can leave loose material beneath a coating; unsuitable products and incorrect application can reduce value. Product type alone is not a quality certificate, and water-based materials are not automatically unsuitable. Recognize pressure and unclear scope

A same-day deal or leftover-material offer is a reason to ask questions, not proof of dilution or fraud. Do not feel pressured to approve work before you understand the scope and price.
